Up to 75 persons - $11-14 per person.
76-100 persons - $8-$12 per person.
101-150 persons - $7-$10 per person.
151-200 persons - $6-$9 per person.

Your choice of 2 meats and 3 sides.
Meats: Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork and Chicken.
Sides: BBQ Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Corn, Mac N' Cheese, Cabbage, Greens & Green beans.
Delivery, Plates, Utensils, Cups, Napkins, and Bread or Buns are included. No drinks are provided.
Deposit is half the total cost and is due 1 week before the event with the rest due at delivery before unloading.

Beef Rib
a.k.a. the Dinosaur Bone. This rib is all beef and all Texas!
Whole Turkey
Feeds 27-30. Brined and smoked with oak sourced locally right here in Florida. These turkeys are moist and taste great.
Turkey Breast
Brined and smoked, these are amazing and juicy.
Brisket
100% hard-wood smoked traditional brisket. Rubbed with Salt & Pepper and wrapped in butcher paper to finish it off.
Burnt Endz
"Meat Candy" This beef cubes are from the point of the brisket, drenched in our famous sauced and put back on the smoker for another 2-3 hours until they are so tender you won't need teeth.
Whole Chicken
Rubbed with our Competition Dust, these yard birds have just the right amount of smoke and packed with flavor.
1/2 Chicken
This is HALF of our famous Yard Bird.
1/4 Chicken
You guessed it, ONE QUARTER of our famous Bird.
Pork Ribs (Full Slab)
Arguably the most famous meat in BBQ, so we smoke these low and slow until the meat falls right off the bone. You will need napkins!
