Wade took, the stock NS 72 SWT (72 inch wide Smoker, Warmer Box, Trailer) and customized it adding a grill, original gravity fed sink (now powered), an extra open storage crate, high butane burner and an enclosed tool box. Its a mobile kitchen with customer wheels.

This is a personal favorite of Wade's. It folds flat and fits in a backpack. For storage it stows away in a leather case that holds the grill grates and other accessories. The large grill grate can fit a T-Bone steak!
